NPS Amendment Rules - Monthly contribution 10% by the employees & 14% by the Central Government - Gazette Notification dated 31st January 2019
The monthly contribution would be 10 percent of basic plus DA to be paid by the Employee and 14 percent of the basic plus DA by the Central Government

- Uninstall PostmanHD in Control Panel (Old version)
- Install CSI PMA Bridge Setup
- Open Postman HD application and Create database.. Add Supervisors/Operators.
- Replace PostmanHD.exe from ‘CSI PMA Bridge 2.1’ folder to ‘C:\Program Files\CEPT\PostmanHD\’
- Create a new folder in C drive with name ‘CSI PMA Files’
- Open PostmanHD
- My Office->Environment
- Browse path to C:\CSI PMA Files and Give Pin code of the office in the next column.
- Restart the Application
- Home -> Register Device
- Click on Connect, then the device id will be auto filled.(A pop up will appear in Mobile phone screen.Tick and Click on Approve)
Batch Number : BATCH1
Beat Number : B1 or B2 or B3 etc
Save
- Click on Sync with Central Server-> Sync devices
- Click on 'Sync' button at the right side of each row..
- Done

Premature Closure of Sukanya Samridhdhi Account (SSA) in Post Office
Sukanya Samridhdhi - SSA Account Closing procedure in Post Office before maturity / Death of Account holder
SSA Account can be closed before maturity by the competent authority only in the following circumstance
Premature closure of account .-
(1) In the event of death of the account holder, the account shall be closed immediately on production of death certificate issued by the competent authority, and the balance at the credit of the account shall be paid along with interest till the month preceding the month of premature closure of the account , to the guardian of the account holder.
(2) Where the Central Government is satisfied that operation or continuation of the account is causing undue hardship to the account holder, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, allow pre-mature closure of the account only in cases of extreme compassionate grounds such as medical support in life threatening diseases, death, etc.
Parent or Guardian is unable to continue the account in the event of death of account holder
As per the scheme, the account would mature after 21 years from the date of opening of the account and a partial amount of not more than 50% can be withdrawn after the girl attains an age of 18 years either for the purpose of higher education or marriage.

9. Department has informed in its letter no. 3-37/2016-DE/PACE/AAO exam /746 dated 15.05.2018 that photostat copies of the books / manuals are allowed in the examination hall. Hence the candidates need not hesitate in using photostat copies of the books included in the Annexure- B list .
