Unable To Load Print Control In IMO

In Most of the Offices, while taking report of IMO it may shows an error message as "Unable to Load Print Control in IMO". So that we could not take print out of IMO Reports from directly. In this situation we have to export the report as pdf or excel then take the print out of the report.

1. Download Report Viewer Tool from PoTools / Official Site of Microsoft.
2. Install the Same on IMO Machine to Fix the Report Generation issues.

Instant Money Order (iMO) from India Post- An Easy way to send and receive money.

Instant Money Order (iMO) is the on-line money transfer service from India Post that is instant, convenient, reliable and affordable. Even now many people are unaware of this service and remain potentially unused. In this post we are bringing you the use and details of it. So henceforth, whenever you want to transfer money go to your nearest Post Office and use this service.

  

iMO is an instant web based money transfer service through Post Offices (iMO Centre) in India between two resident individuals in Indian territory.

You can transfer money from INR 1,000/- to INR 50,000/- from designated iMO Post Offices. It is simple to send and receive money.

iMO Booking Procedure

1) Fill up the “To Remit Payment” (TRP-1) form and submit it with money at iMO Post Office Counter.

2) iMO Counter clerk after booking the iMO immediately will give a printed receipt with computer generated confidential 16 digit iMO number in a sealed condition. Even the 16 digit iMO number will not be known to booking clerk.

3) Customer is required to tear off the seal and convey the confidential 16 digit iMO number to the receiver over phone, SMS, e-mail, etc. at his means and risk.

iMO Delivery Procedure

1) Receiver to present the 16 digit iMO number at any designated iMO post office counter and will fill up and submit a “To Make Payment” (TMP-1) form along with a copy of his personal identity proof.

2) Receiver can receive the payment in cash upto INR 50,000. He can also receive the payment through his post office savings bank account in the same iMO office.

In case the Photo Identity Card has a valid expiry date the same is to be mentioned in ‘To Make Payment’ (TMP-1) Form.

iMO - Report Not Getting (Solution)

When  we  click on the print button, an error 'Unable to load print control comes'. This problem can be solved by  following solution

RUN

REGEDIT

AND DELETE THE FOLLOWING ENTRY

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\Internet Explorer\ActiveX Compatibility\{FA91DF8D-53AB- 455D-AB20-F2F023E498D3}

AND RESTART THE INTERNET EXPLORER.

Login Error in New iMO Application

Friends,  While we login to the new imo website some of us faced a problem

While login as supervisor it shows "MAc Address Not Found Check your System settings"

This is occurred due to non proper following of instructions given in imo website.






Solution: Add the site URL : https://www.indiapostimo.gov.in/nic as trusted sites . For this go to internet options------Security-----Trusted Sites----Add all the site to trusted sites

Then click on on Custom level-----Enable all the active x controls settings

This will solve the problem

SUPERVISOR

Before starting the transactions, check carefully following points.

1) NIC lease line required.
2) Users have to add this https://indiapostimo.gov.in/nic under  
     Trusted sites. 
3) Supervisor – Id required (for getting new id see below diagram).
    Example : SU<PO PINCODE>XX (SU110001011)

If Old ID exists

Can logged in -> Get New ID

Can’t logged in -> Contact to Circle Admin to get new ID and Password

If Old ID doesn’t exists

Contact to Circle Admin to get new ID and Password

4) A) If Supervisor is able to login (with old user id) and no other message  

         displays, then supervisor will automatically get a new ID. Please note down

         your New ID and Password.     

   

     B) If Supervisor is not able to login (with old user id) and following message   

          displays “U are not authorized for this machine”   or “You are not    

          authorize for getting new Id ” then contact to Circle Admin for getting 

          new id and password.

     C) After getting new ID and Password, and after successfully login please 

          register your machine first.

OPERATOR

Before starting the transactions, check carefully following points.
1) NIC line required.
2) Users have to add this https://www.indiapostimo.gov.in/nic under  
     Trusted sites. 
3) Operator – Id required (for getting new id see below diagram).
              Example : OP<POSTOFFICE CODE>XX (OP110001011)

If Old ID exists

Can logged in ->Get New ID

Can’t logged in ->Contact to Supervisor to get new ID and Password

If Old ID doesn’t exists

Contact to Supervisor to get new ID and Password

4) A) If Operator is able to login (with old user id) and no other message displays,

          then Operator will automatically get a new ID. Please note down

          your New ID and Password.     

   

     B) If Operator is not able to login (with old user id) and following message   

          displays “U are not authorized for this machine”   or “You are not    

          authorize for getting new Id ” then contact to supervisor for getting 

          new id and password.
