In SQL Server 2008, the default numbers of rows for selecting and editing records are 1000 and 200 respectively. Sometimes if the records are greater than 200 and you want to edit some record then you have to change the query to get all the records. This is time consuming and you have to repeat this exercise whenever the records are greater than 200. The solution for getting all the records for selecting and editing is given below in steps:

1- Open SQL Server 2008 Management Studio
2- Goto Tools
3- Click "Options"
4- Expand the tree of "SQL Server Object Explorer"
5- Click "Commands"
6- Change "Value for edit top < n > rows command" to 0
7- Change "Value for select top < n > rows command" to 0
8- Click "OK"

Low BatteryIf you own a mobile phone then you’ve probably been in a situation where your mobile phone dies from a lack of battery charge. This can be rather frustrating - especially if you are in a place where you are unable to charge your battery. There are some measures you can take when using your mobile device that can help preserve your battery power.

1) Avoid Keeping the phone in Vibration Mode:


The method of notification for phone calls can use a significant amount of battery power. This is mainly true for when you set your mobile phone to vibrate. Vibrating will use more power than just having the phone ring. An even larger battery drain is when your phone is set to both vibrate and ring. If you are using this setting, go for the ring-only option as it will use less battery power.



2) Avoid enabling multiple apps in the background:


Another serious battery drain is when you are using multiple apps at one time. Maybe times even though you are not using a particular app, you didn’t close it when you finished. Therefore, it is running in the background sucking power from your battery. 

3) Disable Push to Notification Apps:


Many apps issue what are known as push notifications. These messages instantly tell you if you have new messages, tweets, etc. While they might be helpful, they do use a significant amount of your battery’s power. See if you wait and just check your information manually. If so, then turning off push notifications would be a good move towards your goal of battery preservation.

4) Don't Let the Battery Die - Charge Frequently:


In order to make your battery last longer, do not allow it to die between charging. It is best to charge your phone more frequently. By charging it more often for shorter time frames, you are actually increasing the life of the lithium-ion battery used in the phone. Always charge your phone before it dies. 

5) Use of Black Background:


It is recommended that using a black screen on AMOLED screens consumes less battery charge. Using a black theme is highly recommended in that case. Set a black background in the browser settings as well.

Symptoms and signs of heart attack may include the following:
Chest pain or discomfort that is crushing, like a heavy weight; or squeezing, like a tight band around the chest; or an ache in the centre of the chest. The pain may radiate to the neck, jaw, shoulders, arms (especially the left arm), back, abdomen, face or teeth. The pain is persistent (longer than 15 minutes), and does not ease with rest. The pain is sometimes mistaken for indigestion. Note that in some cases, heart attacks are painless.
Profuse sweating
Difficulty breathing
Feeling dizzy or light-headed
Nausea
Pale, clammy skin
The pulse may be fast or irregular.
The person may suddenly collapse and lose consciousness

Encourage the person to sit still, with knees bent to ease strain on the heart.
Talk to him calmly and reassuringly, and loosen any tight clothing.
Monitor any changes in condition.
The person should take one aspirin with water (Unless he is allergic to or unable to take aspirin). Aspirin helps to prevent blood clotting.

Beetroot Juice 'Boosts Breathing Power' Claim Scientists

Beetroot juice can improve your puff, potentially benefiting swimmers, singers, and mountaineers, research has shown.
In tests, drinking a single shot of the red juice allowed trained divers to hold their breath 11% longer.
Beetroot is known to boost levels of nitric oxide in the body, causing muscles to work more efficiently and demand less oxygen.
Previous research has shown that beetroot juice increases physical stamina.

Concentrated beetroot shots are already used by top-level British athletes, including marathon runner Helen Decker and butterfly swimming champion Ian Hulme.
The new research was conducted by Swedish scientists on 12 healthy volunteers who were trained in breath-hold diving.
In the tests, the nine men and three women were either given a 70 millilitre shot of beetroot juice or an inactive placebo drink.
They were then asked to hold their breath after having a clip placed on their nose.
After drinking the beetroot, the volunteers were able to hold their breath for an average four minutes and 38 seconds. They managed four minutes 10 seconds after drinking the placebo - a difference of more than 11%.

Dr Harald Engan, who led the experiment, said: "Apparently by enabling the body to reduce oxygen consumption, drinking concentrated beetroot juice has delivered significant extension of breath holding time.
"We are currently experimenting on if this may also be able to help climbers at high altitude and hope to report on the results soon."
Beetroot juice could also help opera singers and woodwind and brass instrument players, who often need to hold their breath for long periods, the researchers believe
