NSC Encashment error-Problem in updating Negative list

In One of the B class Offices, while going for NSC/KVP Encashment an error occurs. It shows Run Negative list. But while updating negative list. It shows Negative list not updated. The solution for this error is follows

Download the latest exe of DBAnalyzer from sdc chennai website. Unzip the file and copy it to DBAnalyzer folder.
Run DBAnalyzer software.
a) Select ‘Database Discrepancies >> NSC >> Details of Negative List Updation'.
b) Wait for the message 'Run Patch for Negative List from Sanchay Post'
c) Exit from DBAnalyzer
d) Select 'Sanchay Post >> Upgrade DB >> Patch for Negative List' option from Sanchay Post menu (version 6.0) and run the patch.
e) Then, once again run DBAnalyzer software.

f) Select ‘Database Discrepancies >> NSC >> Details of Negative List Updation'.
g) One row will be displayed for you.
h) Now, you can discharge certificates using Sanchay Post
i) If you are succeeded in discharging the certificates, then also download the latest negative list updation from 'ftp://ftp.ptcinfo.org/NegativeList' and update that in your office.
