Sub: PO & RMS Accountants Examination for the year 2012- regarding
Holding of Examination on 15.04.2012 (Sunday).

This is to inform that the above mentioned examination is scheduled to be held
on 15th April, 2012 (Sunday). This may kindly be given wide publicity among the staff
and brought to the notice of all concerned. Applications may kindly be called for from the
intending candidates. The last date for receipt of applications in your office is 23.03.2012
and the same may be forwarded to this office along with the requisite proforma report by
30.03.2012 positively. Rules and instructions on the subject regarding eligibility etc as
circulated time to time should be followed.
It may kindly be noted that in case qualified officials are available in any division
but the vacancy is nil the official of the division will not be permitted to appear in the
aforesaid examination. In case, the vacancy is Nil and no qualified official is available
then the examination will be held on for single vacancy.
Hence, you are requested to calculate the vacancy position and furnish the
required information by 1Sth March, 2012 positively.

One photograph will be affixed on the application form of the candidate while other copy
should be sendTo be affixed on the Hall permit to be issued to the candidate.
The receipt of the letter may kindly be acknowledged.
