Problem while updating the Negative list- "The Database pertaining to Negative List has been tampered"

In one of our office while updating the Negative list It shows an error. The Database pertaining to the Negative list has been tampered and negative list has not been upgraded. The Solution give by SDC chennai for the above error is below.
