Pran gets Dadasaheb Phalke Award.....

                                                     Pran bagged the Phalke icon and Legendary cine versatile star award.

Legendary actor Pran, 93, will be honoured with the prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Award as announced today. Pran Krishan Sikand, popularly known as Pran, is an award-winning actor, known as 

a movie villain and character actor in Hindi cinema from the 1920s to the1990s. In the past Dilip
Kumar, Lata Mangeshkar,DevAnand and Yash Chopra to name a few have received the prestigious award.Pran has appeared in over 350 films and has been awarded Padma Bhushan by the Government of India, for his contribution to Indian cinema.

The actor is best known for his performance in films like Zanjeer, Half Ticket, Don etc.
