ACCOUNT MIS DATA NOT UPDATED IN CENTRAL SERVER


Solution For Non Updation Of DET In Central Server

In some the Newly configured / Recently ND code modified offices account MIS data transmission are not reflected in Central Server.

Solution

  • The Office Pincode and ND Code as shown in AccountsMIS Website-->Project Arrow-->Offices Codes are not matching with the ND code configured locally
In such cases, please  take up the issue for modification of pincode / ND code with the Program Office of the Dte through their respective Circle Office
  • The Pincode and nd codes are modified at PTC Server but not updated at NIC server.  
In such cases, you will be able to see the office in "Files Received" option in out AccountsMIS Website, but data could not be seen in NIC Project arrow site.  We have already given the data of all the offices to Program Office for getting the same updated at NIC server. 

Please wait till the data is updated at the NIC server.
