Export Import Utility For Sanchay Post 7.5

Pre-Requisite :

The following are prerequisite for Using this Export Import Utility for Sanchay post 7.5:

1. The Sanchay Post version 7.5 should be successfully installed. 
2. Upgrade Database should be successfully completed. 
3. Patches 1 and 2 can be optionally installed. 
4. Interest Rate Upgrade should be successfully completed.
5. Service pack 1 for Sanchay post 7.5 should be successfully installed. 
6. Upgrade for PPF and RD should be successfully completed. 
7. Patch 5 for Sanchay post 7.5 should be successfully installed.
8. Patch 6 for Sanchay post 7.5 can be optionally installed.
9. Patch 7 for Sanchay post 7.5 can be optionally installed.
10. Patch 8 or Patch8.1 for Sanchay post 7.5 can be optionally installed.
11. Patch 10 for Sanchay post 7.5 should be installed.
12. Patch 10.1 for Sanchay post 7.5 should be installed.
13. Patch 11 for Sanchay post 7.5 should be installed.
14. Patch 12 for Sanchay post 7.5 should be installed.
15. Patch 13 for Sanchay post 7.5 should be installed.
16. Sanchay Post version 7.0 should not be available in the system.

The database version should be updated with all patches provided. The database should be compliant with SQL Server 2000 / 2005 /2008.

Tool Description

soexport.exe – This should be executed in SO for exporting SSA related data in tables dcl.ssa_indexreg, dcl.ssa_ledger, dcl.ssa_dd_details and dcl.bo_details (for scheme SSA). 6 files will be generated at each SO.

hoimport.exe – This should be executed in HO. User should copy the 6 files generated at SO. On executing this data exported will get copied to respective SO database in HO.
